We do not except returns. However, if we sent you the wrong color, size, design, product, etc., we will replace it. If the product is damaged on delivery or is of poor quality, please contact us and we will replace it. We do not replace products if the customer ordered the wrong color, size, design, product, etc.

When contacting us for an issue with a product, take a picture of the product hanging up or spread out on a flat surface. Please make sure the picture is good quality and explain the issue. Send the picture with the e-mail.
